Client Responsibilities:

The client agrees to provide all necessary materials, content, and feedback required for the completion of the project in a timely manner. Any delays caused by the client may affect project timelines and deadlines.

Payment Terms

The client agrees to pay the company the agreed-upon fees for the services provided. Payment terms, including deposit requirements, milestone payments, and final payment details, will be outlined in the project proposal or agreement.

Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment, the client will own the rights to the website design, development, content, and any other deliverables produced by the company for the project. Until full payment is received, all rights remain with the company.

Project Timeline

The company will provide an estimated timeline for the completion of the project. Any changes to the project scope or delays caused by unforeseen circumstances may affect the timeline, and the company will not be held liable for such delays.

Revisions and Alterations

The client is entitled to a certain number of revisions or alterations to the project deliverables as outlined in the project proposal or agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all project-related information confidential and not to disclose any sensitive information to third parties without prior consent.

Termination of Services:

Either party may terminate the services provided by providing written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, the client will pay for any services provided up to the termination date.

Limitation of Liability:

The company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the services provided.
